Kunchikal Waterfall is located in Nidagodu Village in the Shimoga district of Karnataka state. It is formed by the Varahi river. The several waterfalls formed by the other rivers flow down with the Varahi river, adding elegance to the location. Now the question is why is it so famous? The answer is it is known as India’s Highest Waterfall and Asia’s Second Highest Waterfall. The total height of the fall is 445 meters (1493 feet). Due to Mani Dam and underground power generation station, the water flow is gently reduced in a normal season and visible only in the rainy season i.e. from July to September. It is within the restricted area, Gate pass is required to visit there and it is issued at Hosangadi village. But in this I am not  going to talk about the Destinations that have been explored widely, rather I will make you explore the Hidden Gems of Andaman – Middle Andaman & North Andaman . Shali Tibba     If you love to trek and explore the Hidden places near Shimla then Shali Tibba is the one, where you can enjoy 360` view of the amazing valley. It is also the highest peak in Shimla District. There is a Beautiful temple on the top dedicated to goddess Bhima Khali. It is surrounded by Shimla, Mashobra, Fagu and Narkanda. The road leading to the base camp, Khatonal Village. It is about 45 km from Shimla and takes 2 hours to reach there. From here you have to trek for 6 km to reach the top.
